Reservations & Cancellations:
Guests are required to make a deposit upon making their reservation that is equal to the nightly rate.
$100 cleaning fee will be added to vacation rentals that sleep 14 or more.
Guests will be notified for additional payments when due and full payment is expected 4 weeks prior to arrival.
There are no refunds of deposits made.
We cannot make exceptions to cancellations due to family emergencies or weather.
Guests must complete the following rental agreement and have it ready prior to or upon check in.
We are a family friendly rental company.
All bookings must be made by a responsible person that is at least 25 years of age and must be present,
at the lodge booked, throughout the entire stay.
Under age renters will be the absolute responsibility of the person that booked the room.
Groups that consist entirely of ages 24 and under, will be asked to leave with no refunds.
For guests renting rooms that are pet friendly or guests with service animals, please agree to the following pet policies.
Make sure your lodge is pet friendly to avoid a fee of $400. Please inquire, as to if, your lodge is pet friendly.
